AI entered companies. Structure didn't.
Most teams already use some AI tool. Barely any company has a policy, criteria or plan for it. That is where prepared professionals stand out.
Shadow AI without control
Teams use AI individually, without criteria or policy — creating data risk and inconsistent decisions.
Tool proliferation without strategy
Dozens of tools adopted on impulse. No one knows which ones work, which ones cost money, and which should be retired.
Promised productivity that never arrives
AI was deployed, but results fell below expectations. Structure, training and real governance are missing.

What you learn in 8 weeks
Each week combines a live class, individual mentoring and a concrete deliverable applied to your real context.
Week 1
AI maturity diagnosis and governance
Assess the current state of AI in your company: active uses, operational risks, team literacy level and cultural readiness.
Week 2
Tool inventory, criteria and risk assessment
Map and classify tools in use, identify duplicates, assess cost, legal risk and responsible adoption criteria.
Week 3
Minimum AI usage policy
Structure an internal policy approvable by leadership: what is allowed, what is not, responsibilities, sensitive data and compliance.
Week 4
Decision matrix and use case prioritization
Create criteria to decide which AI initiatives to prioritize: impact, feasibility, risk and strategic alignment.
Week 5
Training plan and adoption culture
Design learning paths by area profile, adoption rituals and engagement strategy for real cultural change.
Week 6
Applied use case — practice at the AI Living Lab
Work on a real company challenge with AI: prototype, workflow, automation or analysis applied to the participant's context.
Week 7
90-day executable roadmap
Transform learnings into an execution plan for leadership and operations: initiatives, owners, milestones and indicators.
Week 8
Executive presentation and final delivery
Consolidate the 8 deliverables into a stakeholder presentation, simulating the real context of approval and decision-making.
AI Living Lab: where training becomes implementation
You don't finish the program when classes end. The AI Living Lab is the hands-on environment included in the training — a space to apply AI to real problems in your company, with mentoring to evolve projects, flows, policies and prototypes.
AI doesn't start with the tool. It starts with people, processes, data, culture and governance.
The sequence the program works through:
- 1Company digital diagnosis
- 2Critical process digitization
- 3Cultural and data transformation
- 4AI applied with governance and deliverables
The Living Lab supports the move out of the pilot phase and the structuring of real implementation — with your company's data, not generic cases.
Maturity diagnosis
Map of the current AI stage in the company — bottlenecks, risks and real opportunities.
Opportunity map
Prioritization of use cases with the greatest impact and deployment feasibility.
Hands-on labs
Sessions with real data and processes during and after training.
Implementation support
Mentoring to create workflows, automations, prototypes and adoption plan.
Policy and governance
Support to structure an internally approved AI usage policy.
Executable roadmap
30-60-90 day plan with concrete deliverables for leadership and operations.
